It's been a week and the refund has still not been credited to my credit/debit card account. Why is it taking so long?


A reversal request for the captured amount is sent to the bank by the end of the day and the reversal period of the amount depends on each bank's policy which can be up to 10 working days from the date of transacting.   • Log in to our website or app (Facebook/ Email/ Google+)

  • Activate your My wallet by verifying your contact number through the OTP sent across your number and receive the refunds in your wallet instantly.

 On the website: Go to your profile. Click on My Wallet - Scroll down - My Wallet Settings and change the default settings to Refund to My Wallet

On the app:  Visit the You section on the app - Click on My Wallet - Click on Settings on the right side - Change the default settings to Refund to My Wallet
