I was informed that I will receive a confirmation SMS stating my Booking ID; which I have not yet received. Whom should I contact?
Please click on the 'Resend Confirmation' option present on the end of the website & enter your email ID and mobile number (entered while booking), click on send.
You can even resend confirmation from your mobile app by going to your purchase history and scrolling to the bottom right.
The confirmation SMS/e-mail will be sent across to you.
