I did not receive a confirmation SMS/email for a transaction I am charged for.
This may be due to a temporary network fluctuation. You can check your 'Purchase History' on the app/website.
You can use the 'Resend Confirmation' feature at the bottom of the web page to get your confirmation.
On the app, you can use the 'Resend Confirmation' feature if you have an active booking under purchase history.
