Why haven't I received the refund yet?

As per bank timelines, you should have received the amount by now. Please do check your bank/wallet statement for the reversal. Ideally, if the amount is charged for an unsuccessful transaction, we process the refund from our end within a few hours. Depending on the bank it takes a maximum of 4-5 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for the amount to reflect into the payment source.

Transactions are done via a nationalized bank take 10 working days to get refunded to the payment source.
